Our resort-like yard is thoughtfully designed for maximum privacy, surrounded by walls and hedges. You'll discover two inviting spas, a bocce ball court, ping pong, and a cozy firepit lounge. Our outdoor kitchen and indoor/outdoor bar make al fresco dining a breeze. The spacious outdoor table can comfortably seat up to 12 guests. The lushly landscaped property is located in the exclusive Clancy Lane area, just a stone's throw away from golf, tennis, spas, shopping, and dining in Rancho Mirage and Palm Springs.

Inside, you'll find a Gourmet kitchen, living room, dining area, and a convenient wet bar. Stay active in our well-equipped gym or unwind in the upstairs music and game lounge, complete with foosball, a drum set, and a giant lounger for movie nights. Our spacious property boasts 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, including a private guest house overlooking the lazy river. Outdoors, our yard features a large pool with a tanning deck, a relaxing spa, a thrilling waterslide, and an abundance of poolside lounge chairs. Our lazy river offers three speeds of current and includes comfortable rafts for your relaxation. The island spa can accommodate 18 people comfortably. Our outdoor living area includes hanging chairs, ping pong, a TV, and a dining table that seats 12. You'll also find a built-in BBQ and an outdoor bar with seating for 8 at the pass-through window to the kitchen. The property provides the perfect balance of shade and sun, making it an ideal space for both group activities and quiet moments of solitude. The main house boasts an open and airy floorplan with walls of glass that provide stunning views of the poolside paradise. In the chef's kitchen, you'll find high-end appliances, a gas range, a large center island, and seating for 4 at the bar. The great room offers comfortable seating, a TV, and a gas fireplace. The dining room comfortably accommodates 10 guests. Additional amenities include a home gym and office with desk, elliptical, wood floors, and mirrors. Upstairs, the game room features a cozy lounge sofa, foosball, and a drum set.

The main house offers four guest bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. The Master Suite is a spacious haven with a King bed, a living area with a fireplace, a sitting room, a TV, and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub, shower, and walk-in closet. Suite 2 features a King bed, private doors to the lazy river, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bath with a shower. Suite 3 offers a King bed, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a shower. Suite 4 is expansive and includes 2 built-in bunk beds, doors to the yard, and an en suite bath with a giant shower.

The 5th bedroom is located in the private Guest House. It features a Queen bedroom with a walk-in closet, a separate full living room with a sofa, a TV, and a kitchenette, as well as a private bathroom with a shower.

In summary, our property can comfortably accommodate 12 guests with sleeping arrangements including 4 King beds, 1 Queen bed, and 2 Bunk Beds (4 Twins). You'll have ample parking space with parking for 5 cars.
